Action plan for sudden breathlessness

Asthma is a rising problem, both for children and adults. In fact, asthma has amplified by more than 300 percent over the last 20 years. Asthma in children is one of the utmost causes of missed school days. It can disturb sleep, play and other activities. Asthma can’t be cured, but you and your child can reduce symptoms using simple plans. Breathlessness that comes and goes, especially if accompanied by wheezing, is the symptom of asthma. Asthma treatment should be immediately sought from the physician as further delay would threaten ones health.
